Fast Casual: Las Vegas-based fast casual gearing up for growth

Rachel’s Kitchen a Las Vegas-based fast casual is leaning into franchising to expand its footprint. The 17-year-old concept with eight locations open throughout the Las Vegas Valley and one location opening in Frisco, Texas, is hoping to add three stores as soon as possible.

“We have had consistent growth and large system-wide sales at Rachel’s Kitchen, but more importantly we bring amazing food to the community,” Debbie Roxarzade, founder of Rachel’s Kitcheh, said in a company press release. “Over the years, our team has developed a strong knowledge of the hospitality and restaurant industries and established a proven track record of successful business development. We are excited to build upon the momentum of the past years and have new franchise partners join our team.”

Rachel’s Kitchen’s integrated systems, coupled with access to approved suppliers, and ongoing technology assistance, offer a seamless and user-friendly experience, making it easy for franchise partners to become acclimated, Roxarzade said. It will thrive in diverse locations such as strip malls, airports and residential areas.

“Our team is passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience, and we invite multi-unit operators to join us in sharing this commitment across the nation,” Roxarzade said. “We provide guidance on the restaurant setup, including build-out, decor and industry-leading best practices. We eagerly anticipate introducing our concept to the Texas market this year and allow more communities to try Rachel’s Kitchen.”
