After a 1-year delay, thanks to COVID-19, Rachel’s Kitchen is opening its eighth location next week at the Town Square Las Vegas Shopping Center, according to a company press release.
“We are so excited to see our Town Square addition to the Rachel’s Kitchen family,” Debbie Roxarzade, Rachel’s Kitchen founder, said in the release. “This southwest valley location is the perfect fit for locals and visitors, and we’re looking forward to providing our wholesome food and delicious recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Guests can enjoy dining indoors or in shaded outdoor seating facing the Town Square park.”
Founded in 2006 in Las Vegas, Rachel’s Kitchen offers all-day breakfast, lunch and dinner. The menu features wraps, salads, sandwiches, burgers and pastas, along with healthy juices and fruit smoothies.
